Let’s try something new today? Before tackling today’s German lessons, let’s do some stretching?
· Reach your arms high above your head and make yourself really, really long.
· Extend those legs as far as they’ll go. Rotate your feet.
· Roll your shoulders up and down and back and forth.
· Now rotate your arms slowly and deliberately.
· Twist your upper body from side to side, feeling the tension release with each gentle turn. Do this a couple of times.
· Nod your head up and down, up and down, letting your neck and spine loosen up.
· Now stand up and shake your entire body.
· Take a moment to relax your jaw making silly faces and funny movements with your mouth, whatever feels good, until your face is all loosened up.
You can incorporate this routine into your daily learning, it’ll work wonders for your focus and your brain will be more receptive to new information.
